By accessing or using JobBoost.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

JobBoost.ai provides online courses, tools, and resources designed to help job seekers reskill and find employment. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@jobboost.ai.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JobBoost.ai — including courses, tools, text, graphics, and software — is owned by JobBoost.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

JobBoost.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@jobboost.ai.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
