Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan covers ATS scoring, the resume builder (1/mo), the tips chat, and every Claude Co-work course — no card required. The paid plan ($14.99/mo, or $7.99/mo billed annually) unlocks unlimited AI runs, the Resume Coach, full Job Match + Career Changer, and the application tracker.
Why one plan instead of tiers?
Because tier-shaming ("upgrade to unlock!") is the opposite of what we want to be. Every paid feature is in the one plan. No "premium plus pro," no surprise upgrade walls.
What is the Claude Co-work course?
A three-course track that teaches you how to use Claude as a daily work partner, Foundations, Intermediate, and Power User. No coding required. Every course is included with the paid plan.
How do I subscribe?
Log in, hit the dashboard, pick monthly or annual, and you're taken through Stripe's checkout. Cancel in one click from the dashboard whenever you want.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. One click. No retention calls, no "are you sure?" pop-ups. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Email support@jobboost.ai if anything's confusing.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, use "Forgot password" (coming soon), or email support@jobboost.ai and a real person will help you reset it.
